Terms & Conditions – SyncBox by Onzira
1. User Responsibilities
Users must use the SyncBox platform solely for lawful business purposes.
All activities must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies and applicable laws.
Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or unauthorized marketing practices are strictly prohibited.
2. Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
SyncBox is not liable for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized account access resulting from negligence in safeguarding login information.
Users must immediately notify SyncBox if they suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.
3. Payments and Billing
By subscribing to SyncBox services, users agree to pay all applicable service fees as per their selected plan.
Payments must be made on or before the due date.
Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account.
4. Data Protection
Users must obtain proper consent from their end-users before sending WhatsApp messages through SyncBox.
Users are required to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
SyncBox acts as a technology provider and is not responsible for misuse of user-collected data.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
SyncBox integrates with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
Users must comply with all Meta guidelines and terms of service.
Any violation may lead to suspension or termination of the user’s access without refund.
6. Service Availability
SyncBox strives to ensure uninterrupted availability of its services but does not guarantee 100% uptime due to dependencies on Meta, hosting providers, and internet connectivity.
Planned maintenance and unforeseen downtime may occur, and users will be notified whenever possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
SyncBox (Onzira Labs) is not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions, policy enforcement by Meta, or misuse of the platform by users.
The maximum liability of SyncBox shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.
8. Termination
SyncBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms, Meta’s policies, or applicable laws.
Users may terminate their subscription at any time, subject to the refund/cancellation policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
