Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. 5. Data Privacy We value your privacy. Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of contacts/data complies with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, Indian IT Act). 6. Prohibited Activities Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam). Sharing harmful, offensive, or illegal content. Attempting to breach or misuse the Platform’s security. 7. Limitation of Liability Onzira Labs Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible for: Losses due to misuse of the Platform by users. Any service disruptions caused by third-party integrations (WhatsApp, Meta, telecom operators, etc.). 8. Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 9. Modifications We may update these Terms from time to time.
