Vendor Terms & Conditions Welcome to Syncbox by Onzira (the “Platform”). By registering as a Vendor, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Eligibility Vendors must be legally registered businesses or authorized individuals. You are responsible for providing accurate, valid, and up-to-date business information. 3. Vendor Responsibilities Provide services and products honestly and lawfully. Ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business, Meta policies, and applicable laws. Maintain confidentiality of client and user data accessed via the Platform. Do not misuse the Platform for spam, fraud, or unethical practices. 4. Payments & Billing Vendors agree to the pricing, commission, or subscription structure defined by Onzira Labs Pvt. Ltd. Payments will be processed as per agreed timelines. Any delays or disputes must be reported promptly to our support team. 5. Data Privacy & Compliance Vendors must comply with all relevant data protection and privacy regulations. Unauthorized sharing, selling, or misuse of data is strictly prohibited. 6. Prohibited Activities Misrepresentation of services or products. Violation of intellectual property rights. Attempting to manipulate the Platform, bypass billing, or breach system security. 7. Limitation of Liability Onzira Labs Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for: Losses incurred due to vendor misconduct or policy violations. Third-party disruptions (WhatsApp, Meta, payment gateways, telecom operators, etc.). 8. Account Suspension/Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Vendor accounts in cases of: Policy violations, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance. Repeated complaints or harmful business practices. 9. Modifications These Terms may be updated from time to time.
